Tilman Baumgärtel，在2009 年加入柬埔寨金边皇家大学前，曾在德国、奥地利和菲律宾教授电影和媒体研究。他曾策划国际电影系列和艺术展览，亦有出版关于独立电影、网络艺术、计算机游戏和德国导演哈伦法洛基（Harun Farocki）的书籍。
